Our Premium Hosting service a product owned by a third party advertiser which is one of our web host partner, iFastNet.
Whereas the Free Hosting service is a product on our KTG Host service (an affiliate site owned by Kind TechGroup) with services we do own and licensed to offer with minimal restrictions, which means it is what we can only support to our current users.
Therefore, when you upgrade to the Premium Hosting service, this means your files will be transferred to completely different servers we have no control over, the reason why we cannot support the said service. So instead, you must get support from their premium support team since they have the resources and control for it.
